19. She is the person who drug herself around the country, leaving her
family at home, so she could help defeat the equal rights amendment. Preaching that women should be at home with their children and not out taking jobs from men. The usual repuke hypocrisy. She also is a homophobe with a gay adult child.

3. Healthy Debate...
Healthy Debate is not talking about locking up GLBT people in prison. (Lawrence v. Texas, the 'christian' Right supported these 'sodomy' laws)

Healthy Debate is not talking about shredding the Constitution.

Healthy Debate is when you shake the hand of your opponent, and not call them godless or evil.

7. They need to read this article in the Village Voice about the Dominionists
If everyone who voted for Bush and his cronies was familiar with the agenda of the Dominionists, they would be so terrified, not only would never vote Republican again, they would want all their previous votes back.

26. I Don't Think So
It's all about being on the side that will have the power. All you have to do is to look at the Carolinas, the textile business is dying, and has been since Bush's first term, yet they are still both Red States, and voted for Bush and the Republicans.

The Republican battle cry was "moral values", yet they still seem to be very supportive of Delay, they don't care that over 1500 US military personnel died for a lie.

Before these people regret anything, something will have to happen to them directly.

29. All those job losses don't do it for them yet? How very sad.
Are they losing National Guard Soldiers in Iraq?
How can they cry "moral values" and still back DeLay and his disgusting behavior? Guess they are the very definition of "cognitive dissonance".

32. You Got It
Their definition of "moral values" is determined by the current spin that the MSM puts on things.

I'm totally convinced that most of those people don't have either morals or values, their faith isn't in God, but in a man.

That man has lied, he is responsible for dead Americans and Iraqis, but they still refuse to see it, like the German people refused to see Hitler for what he really was, until it was too late. If God himself came to earth and denounced Bush and his cabal, I really believe that most of these people who believe in him would turn on God.
