http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=132x1709576it just occurred to me... every American who is wanting answers about 9/11, to the actions leading up to the war in iraq, should demand the starting of the legal process and charges against saddam NOW!
reasoning for this is that, every claim or suggestion this administration have made with the link of saddam to 9/11 and WMD would all be accounted for the trial process. Doing so would mean every piece of evidence and document that claims or even suggests the link of saddam and al quieda, or making or using WMD against the US or anywhere would be turned over to the courts for review. This will give answers to why and what happened that lead to 9/11 and Iraqi war. While most of us at DU know what really happened, but this will only make the bush administration vulnerable to their illegal actions. It is certain once the courts receive the documents/evidence, they will find irregularities in them, and will find the bush administration at fault and responsible for the start of the war, which is unlawful. Not only that, I am quite certain the courts will also find out quickly if any document that wasn’t turned over, would make it suspicious to the courts, and may reveal the unlawful actions this administration have taken. An addition to that, it will also reveal any fabricated documents/evidence the administration may have made, just to justify the war, or to link saddam to the 9/11, which lead up to the war.
I also feel this will only be the start on finding illegal actions made by this administration. This will open doors to further investigations in the Patriot Act, to the voting irregularities, to the gruesome environmental hacks, and other raping this administration has done.
However, I must warn to everyone it is very crucial we act upon this NOW! It is obvious the media and the government hasn’t covered much on Saddam in quite some time. So it is only my opinion that this what the government is trying to do; Delaying the trial process of Saddam so these documents/evidence won’t be turned over, by delaying the trial process will only allow the withholding of evidence, and possibly polishing evidence which may fool the courts in thinking is real, hoping Americans will forget we have captured Saddam, and quite possibly push till after the 2008 presidential elections. Or the ultimate reason why they’re delaying the trials is that, Bush is appointing new judges in the supreme court. I am certain, VERY CERTAIN once bush has appointed his judges, and if voted in, the legal process against Saddam will begin, which may skew the verdict, and quite possibly allow the bush administration withhold any document/evidence, and prevent the bush administration being accountable for their unlawful acts on starting this war. And it is quite obvious who the people will be at fault. It will be the CIA, FBI, and other federal agencies working hard to keep America safe and prevent terriost attacks happening in the US, and around the world. Already this is happening.
So in other words, write to your representative, senator, governor, and everyone at every branch of government to start the legal process and charges against Saddam. Doing so will reveal how shameful, and disgusting this administration really is. Don’t wait before its too late, contact NOW!
