So, is Delay trying to poison the public's mind against judges BEFORE
he has to face the courts? Is he making threats against the conservative judges who ruled in Michael Shciavo's favor? Who the hell does this fraudulent little twerp think he is?

i hope the judges hear him loud and clear!

2. I hope so too!
He almost seems to be digging his own grave!

His saying that we have an "arrogant, out of control judiciary" on CNN this afternoon was truly SHOCKING!

11. Were not the RW and DeLay asking the judges to intervene on their behalf
Just because the decisions went against the RW, now the judges are "activists?"

If the public can't see through this charade, there is no hope for this country.

4. They have been stretching those "anti-judicial" talking points
since the Schaivo circus began. I think it was the reason they got involved in the first place. You don't really think that the Repug Midnight Brigade actually cared about Terry, do you?

Clearly, some boy genius or another saw the thing coming and got the Senate and the President to JUMP INTO ACTION!

6. OK, but given that most of us don't want the gov't to be involved
in our personal health decisions, couldn't some boy genius on the Dem side figure out how to point out that it was the judiciary that 1) reflected the majority opinion in the US and 2)kept the congress and pres from interfering in what we all agree was a private affair?

I mean, hand DeLay a shovel and keep out of his way.

7. I agree with you about the need
to get the sheeples out in the streets.

But, seems that only a draft will accomplish that!

Here's to the velvet revolution!:9

12. He's a self-serving, scared, LITTLE turd
He hid behind the Schiavo case and now he's cowering behind the "activist judges" issue. He's a sociopath with a persecution complex -- nothing is EVER his fault.

Soon he'll be whining about juries. After all, how DARE twelve arrogant commoners sit in judgement of the great Tom DeLay?

17. thinks it's more than that
whenever he said that whoever is responsible for Terri Schiavo dying is going to pay...Many felt that the Bush Bros. had the authority to intervene and they did not. (Other than their dance for the cameras-please hold applause.!)
