stories about the funding of this circus. The Shindler's claim that they were raising the money for "legal fees' and for Terri's care. The problem with that is the lawyers donated their time, and the rest of the legal costs and incidental expenses were covered by Right TO LIFE. The hospice donated the board and services and her medical expenses were paid by Medicaid! Micheal on the other hand, had assistance from the ACLU and he paid for private attorneys.The Shindler's "Foundation" is already being investigated for misappropriation of funds. They have sold their donor list and are selling the video's with a "donation" The question remains, What are they doing with this money??????????

Medicaid's going after the estates of recipients to collect what's owed the gubmit. So why can't they go after this chunk of cash? Me thinks the rwing lawyers know the ways around the system.
