How long before the parents sue the hospice....

and then we get to see the nursing notes/medical records from the past few weeks/days, right up to the moment of her death. We're going to have start dated threads just to keep up w/ the post-mortem lawsuits.

She may have died, but this just doesn't seem like it will end any time soon....any bets on how long the TV mini-series will be??

the parents will try to nail the husband with a wrongful death suit.....

2. The parents' lawyers probably already have a wrongful death claim

in the works. And they could conceivably name a big list of co-defendants, including the hospice and maybe even Judge Greer.


It'll be interesting to see if they turn around and start snapping at Jeb and W.

4. I hope Michael Schaivo winds up suing Fox, CNN, MSNBC and any

number of other media outlets for their willingness to air completely unfounded allegations of his having murdered his wife. I'm sure there are plenty of lawyers who'd take the case on a contingency basis (I understand his legal team has been working pro bono up to now).

If it weren't for the exaggerations and melodrama from these media outlets, he wouldn't have all these death threats.

That's enough harm to claim damages, including punitive ones. He'd still have to fight hard to win, but he has a real case IMHO.
