2. No, he's hoping it will go unnoticed in the glare of the "Terri-a-thon."
This is typical, with all the wailing and gnashing of teeth over Terri, noone will notice that we have now been forced to admit that we went to war on false pretenses, that the legal justification for the war was fictional. That Bush was, is, and always will be, full of shit.

7. He's not going to "admit" anything, he never does...
He's just gonna bash the intelligence community....as if they didn't tell him there was serious internal debate about it all...the lying scum were going to war come hell or high water...

4. I keep remembering the sequence from F911: "he's got 'em!" - w.
Edited on Thu Mar-31-05 10:47 AM by Skip Intro
Michael Moore had bush saying, sheesh, like ten times, emphatically, over and over, "he's GOT 'em!" talking about saddam having the wmds.

not to mention the mobile chemical weapons labs and the unmanned arial vehicles that could reach the US and the mystery wmd ships somewhere out there on the oceans...

that mf should be behind bars awaiting punishment for mass murder and treason.

5. Prediction:
Intelligence community completely at fault - THEREFORE - WH is absolved of any misleading or fictitious statements over Iraq's possession of WMDs. Everything gets blamed on the CIA.

And how convenient - the report gives * the green light to get rid of those in the intelligence community who aren't completely loyal to the WH.

13. Actually...
They announced on MSNBC that he'd be commenting on\speaking of the Schiavo case.

What will be interesting to watch, is the direction the press takes. Will he get 90% WMD questions, or 90% Schiavo questions.

Enquiring minds predict 90% Schiavo.

Anybody else have a prediction???

10. any chance the press will emerge
from their collective persistent vegetative state and ask some real questions? Call me crazy, but thousands of hideously violentdeaths caused by lies seems more important than the peaceful passing of a single soul.

11. The lying monkey says: "Its not MY fault the intel community failed..."
Edited on Thu Mar-31-05 11:00 AM by Triana
...nevermind that HE is the POS and HE made the final decision to go into Iraq or not, based on the info he DEMANDED the intel community give him (excuses to invade...)

Nevermind that HE, Rove, and Wolfie, et al had plans to go into Iraq WELL BEFORE 9-11 and that there were also NO ties to alQueda or 9-11 in Iraq.

Nevermind that Rove DROVE the media to report the WMD (ie: LIE) and use every scare tactic at their disposal to get Americans to back the pre-emptive (based on LIES) invasion.

Nevermind that they were TOLD and TOLD again that the information was bogus BEFORE invasion.

Nevermind that bu$h, Wolf, Rummy PRESSURED the intel community to FIND REASONS TO INVADE IRAQ to start with, because that was the plan in the first place - NINE DAYS after bu$hit parked his undeserving ass in the Oval Office in 2001.

Gee. Maybe he'll blame CLINTON - again, eh?

The lies about WMD in Iraq were GWB's, Wolfie's, Rummy's, Rove's and subsequently the MEDIA'S - NOT the US intel community's. How DARE him try to pin this on intel. I HOPE LIKE HELL it backfires on him, too.

What an incompetent, finger-pointing, LYING, *parasitic, ass is GWB. Shit on a pump handle is more useful than this dickwad.

_ _ _ _ _

*STILL GWB and the GOP are PARASITES on Terri Schiavo. This story is released upon her death so as to be buried in the news and subsequently buried with her.

EVEN WHEN SHE'S DEAD George Bu$h and the GOP are STILL feeding off her dead carcass. DISGUSTING!

because Shiavo's death will be a huge blow to him, they have to counter it with WMD, or possibly Osama.

17. Why does the dude have to read what he has to say?? That
makes it so impersonal and contrived....reading what other people wrote for him.

And now he talking about the lies he said during the pre war days and what we must do to correct those mistakes in the CIA FBI and other spy guys.

He is so insincere its a joke.

19. BUSH DOCTRINE AT FAULT! Not intelligence
Don't let him blame others again!! While a determined effort is being made to point fingers at intelligence agencies, let's not forget two things:

The pentagon, under Rumsfeld, had its own intelligence effort. Who should take the blame for that?

The radical Bush Doctrine requires perfect intelligence gathering to be considered reasonable. Why are we focusing on bad intelligence when it is well known that intelligence is an inaccurate art? THE BLAME SHOULD FALL SQUARELY ON THE BUSH DOCTRINE, WHICH TAKES BAD INFORMATION AND TURNS IT INTO WAR!!

I hope that CIA folks get tired of taking the fall and come forward with the truth. But in the meantime, let's talk about what a bad idea the Bush Doctrine is...Iraq was not a preemptive war as international laws allow. Now we find out it was not even a preventative war. It was naked, illegal aggression!

Focus on BUSH DOCTRINE!! Let's not be distracted here....

21. The PNAC Neocons at the Pentagon (DIA, OSS) are to blame
They railroaded the CIA and managed to yet again put the blame where it DOESN'T belong.

The policymakers are the ones to be blamed.

Honor and integrity? Accountability?

No in my administration!
