MSNBC Poll On Schiavo Case: Do You Think American Court System Worked?
Worked 66%
Failed 34%

There is also a place where you can leave a comment. Here's mine:

The Courts saved the Constitution from cynical politicians who attempted to put their supposed personal beliefs above the law. We remain a Republic, and not a theological state open to the schemes of sanctimonious demagogues.

7. 59-41 now. Here are my comments:
Of course the courts worked in this case. We had a woman who did not want to live like this and her husband stood up for her. The courts would not be swayed by religion to interfere with the sanctity of marriage. Had they interfered, it would have opened the door to allow government to step in and review all decisions married couples make - it's hard enough to decide on dinner as it is, I don't need their help in choosing pot roast vs. pork roast.

16. No thanks, these stupid ass Internet polls are worthless.....
All you have is a bunch of laid off Freepers that will spend 24 hours a day trying to sway these worthless polls.

Its a good question but I'll look for a scientific poll.....
