The human race is living beyond its means. A report backed by 1,360 scientists from 95 countries - some of them world leaders in their fields - today warns that the almost two-thirds of the natural machinery that supports life on Earth is being degraded by human pressure.

2. Time to embrace the horror
Well beyond the time to be scared. We have front row seats to the freak show.

What would be the better ending? To go out with a bang, or just to bow out with a whimper? I figure, lets use those extinction bombs. They can't just sit there forever. What was the point of all the money spent? Let's leave something for some distant planet to see one day.
