Sean Hannity, the talking-point spouting mouthpiece on Fox News' Hannity & Colmes was recently caught by Harry Shearer slamming a Democratic congressman as an "asshole" when Hannity didn't realize he was being recorded.

Strangely, Hannity is constantly decrying the lack of civility from Democrats, but in the recording goes on to say "I hate these people".

He really stinks up my talk radio station. He has actually made my LIKE Bill O'Reilly. Hannity claims to have the best "news and information" available, but of course that is for his right wingnut supporters.

His favorite attack tactic is to debate with a long, seemingly never ending sentence, in which he makes 10 points, but only allows a reply to one. So when he's losing an argument, he will appear to win a point by not allowing his opposition to outscore him.

The problem with people like Hannity is that they have huge followings who would kiss his dirty smelly feet if they had a chance. One only had to listen to 30 seconds of his show to get the point that every day the topic is exactly the same - BASH liberals, BASH democrats.

Hannity is a 24 hour ad for the republican party. That's it. I can no longer enjoy talk radio in my area during that time of the day.
