1. "It's all just a bunch of crap that you're saying."
"You don't know the answer to that?"

LOL

I love this doctor.

3. that was awesome.
The media, sadly, has no interest in getting the simplest facts down pat. For if they did, they'd have no story to leech onto for 2 weeks because the truth would be so obvious and the spin would sound as stupid as it really is.

I love how Joe plays victim at the end and blames the doctor for his attitude. I's be mad too if I were the doctor. Considering Joe is a Lawyer, he should be embarrassed at how uninformed he is of the COURT PROCEEDINGS and the FACTS.

I can't wait til this over. Maybe they'll talk about something important...yeah right!

6. One wonders if this were Laurie Klausitis if we would try to save her too?
Of course we'll never know. Laurie Klausitis was found dead in Joe Scarborough's congressional office. Apparently there was a blow to her head that officials 'claimed' happen when she hit the desk falling.

Then Joe resigned from his Congressional seat.

Now he has his own television show, where he likes to act like he knows what hes talking about and likes to tell off qualified doctors on his show.

What a top notch guy, that Joe Scarborough.

11. Interesting
I knew about the intern but not him leaving right away. Really telling. Did he give a reason for why he left?

8. Did anybody else see that and wonder
if Democrats have a thing or two to learn about debating and confrontation? How did this obscure doctor just make it look so easy to discredit this group of ideologues? Better yet, why is that so surprising to see?

10. Because he's not a politician?
and therefore didn't have to "toe" the line, stay on the fence, and pontificate.

13. That's sad.
It really doesn't seem like it would be all that hard to just put up a good fight. It isn't like these Right-wingers don't provide the material for Dems to call them on. But I guess you're right -- they're too busy pontificating.

12. What I think
is we just need to get good democrats on tv. You'd never see Howard Dean on there. Joe probably expected the guy to go along with him or be a pasty or whatever but he got the surprise. This guy was obviously prepared. He's probably dealt with things before. Only other time I've seen a good smackdown like that was when Rachel from "Unfilitered" and Jeanene from "Majority Report" on Scarbrough not long after the election. Jeanene was really smacking down and jumping in. I've noticed a lot of the time the democratic leaning person on the show is the guest and they're usually poliet and wait their turn. They don't speak up enough and debate. I wouldn't care about being invited back again. I'd really want to jump in and debate them. It's all about who you get to go on these shows I think.

14. I think I saw that one...
but I don't remember Rachel from Unfiltered being on. But I did see Janeane going after Scarborough (and Buchanan who was also on the day I'm thinking of). At one point, Joe laughed and tried to make peace with Janeane, but she was having none of it. I don't remember her words, but something to the effect that the time for being polite had long since ended. Scarborough seemed surprised by her rejection of his olive branch, and also a bit amused. He acted like he had a crush on her -- it was weird.

15. Weird
I remember that. He tried sucking up to her like he does his other guests. I'm glad she didn't buy it. Rachel's been on there at least twice I know of. I don't watch the show anymore (rather watch Comedy Central) so I'm not sure if she's been on anymore though. Jeanene did really well on there. She was on with an AAR founder who did equally well.

16. I happened to see this
I never watch Scarborough but I was flipping through stations and caught it. The Doctor was terrific and the (forgive me) bimbo "reporter" in Florida was awful!

It was wonderful to see the smackdown! I really detest Scarborough.

21. Joe implies 42 minutes isn't enough to make a diagnosis--what about Frist?
"SCARBOROUGH: You are only one doctor that's been there. And somehow, in your 42 minutes of observing her, you have all the answers and everybody that disagrees is dead wrong, I guess."

Can you believe this guy? Half the Republicans out there are claiming to know she's not PVS when all they've seen is VIDEOTAPE! Just, :eyes:

Especially how Joe "intern killer" scarface had to run to the defense of the poor little tele-bimbo...

That doctor rocked!

"But you have got your facts so far off that it's unbelievable, Joe. You don't have any idea what you are talking about." I happened to see it. It was great! Joe needs to be told this more often.
