Is this Schiavo case about WHO PAYS?

I was given information on another thread that the money was tort award...

HOWEVER, on investigating this further, I find that the TRUTH is that Terri was put into hospice five years ago, ON MEDICAID, as a "terminally ill" patient, meaning that she had a life expectancy of 6 months or less. Dr. Greer had her put there, and her husband had apparently requested it. Meanwhile, from what I read, there was a lot of animosity directed at Michael, who had a lot of money (somehow) and he and his new wife were each driving a Mercedes (!).

As we know, she is NOT dying, so IOW, this is a case of Medicaid FRAUD.

It would appear, then, that they want her OFF Medicaid, so that her husband as guardian has to pay for her "rehabilitative care". Meanwhile, her parents have offered to take her home and pay for this care themselves.

Guess Jebbie doesn't want the state paying for her if she ain't going to die. But if they pull the plug it looks like they wanted her to die so they didn't have to pay for her care. If they refuse to let her die, Michael gets to pay for her "rehab" OR he will be forced into relinquishing his guardianship to her parents. I wonder how THEY will pay?

She has been this way a long time. Medicaid wouldn't have been activated until the award was exhausted. This has been thouroughly investigated and Micheal Shiavo wouldn't dare be this public if there was fraud involved. He doesn't have anything to gain.

2. Apparently if there is fraud it's on the doctor (Greer?) who authorized it

and from what I read it was at Michael's request (though who knows for sure). Meanwhile, supposedly, Michael made a lot of money (?) and could have paid for proper "rehab" (?) which Terri was denied because of being in hospice instead.
