CNN's Jackie Schechner and Abbi Tatton tell how Blogs get ratings
pretty much they pick 'ave daily traffic' by Technocrati and Truth Laid Bare.

We don't know anything about this pair, or Judy Woodruff (real name ?) for that matter. Why do their opinions or blog picking criteria make any difference ?

Personally I came to DU because other sites were becoming more difficult to use for liberal/progressives and the former Kerry sites are shutting down.

Any info on CNN's political leanings ? Do they still have military Psy-Ops in the newsroom ?

1. When I was producing the professional wrestling programming for TBS
military psy-ops guys were "interns" even in the wrestling production company. (89-95)

2. What is the Psy Ops value in anything like that ?
Only thing I can think of is for recruiting purposes, but don't you think the networks should tell the general public about ANY hiring or 'interning' for military/intelligence purposes ? After all, it's our taxpayer dollars funding this in a private setting (the network) yet over the public's airwaves.

It's complicated but I'm sure the democracy can handle it. The easy way out of everything is usually fascism or totalitarianism.

3. Mind control techniques.
If people will believe wrestling, they will believe anything.

It was pretty weird to have military guys watching me in the edit suite, though.

4. CNN is part of AOL. Steve Case is definitely BFEE and the Saudis own
a big chunk of it, too.

CNN has been shilling for Bush since before the 2000 election.

Did you notice even Larry King changed his focus since Bush took office? Rarely are there any political stories, even though 9-11 made MORE people interested in learning more about the world and foreign policy decisions. But, now, LKL is all about murders, religious talkers, and semi-celebrity concerns.
