2006, we better get some fucking Democrats in that Congress
who KNOW what being a Democrat is about and who aren't corporate whores.

Come on Dean, come on DNC, come on DFA, come on grassroots.

Hell, who knows, maybe all this shit will end up making the party stronger by rooting out the DINOs and getting some Democrats with big cajones in there. Who haven't forgotten Democrats are about PEOPLE, not corporations or raping the environment.

That being said, kudos to the Dems who voted the right way today.

2. Interesting, though. Our most-hated DINOs voted the right way today.
Lieberman and Clinton were for us, for example. Biden too, unless I'm mistaken. Meanwhile, our heroic Akaka was against us. This DINO business is overblown. We don't need pure Democrats right now.

For God's sakes, we just need Democrats.

9. I SORT OF Agree...
But down here in Florida I have some REAL BIG problems with Bill Nelson. MadFloridian sent me some very interesting info about him and I was shocked, shocked I say! She said she had posted it before, but I never saw it. I still have the link, and it's pretty bad! I don't think Bill Nelson is much of a Democrat.

I suspect he'll switch parties because he's so cozy with Martinez, but I'm not sure yet. I'm looking and looking for a good replacement and keep asking abut WHO that might be!!

Oh Bob, WHY did you leave us???

Ya Hear That Bill Nelson????

5. We need to write to Dean and ask him only contrubute our money
to people who will stand up for us. I think this is first step we all must do..............WRITE TO DEAN!!! Tell him, NOT to give our money to people who support Bush's adgenda.

10. You Know Dean Has Really Picked Up The Ball
and run with it! I'm getting updated emails from him almost weekly. I was always in his corner, but I must say he has impressed me ONCE AGAIN!

There have been postings here that he was sort of "lite", but he's definitely a big "D" DEMOCRAT!

Edited on Thu Mar-17-05 05:36 PM by jonnyblitz
complain about. You are supposed to be only concerned that they are DEMS and not worry what positions they take! Didn't you know that? anybody that has any sort of ideals or philosophy of a liberal or progressive nature who wants their DEMS to have the same is a "purist" . get with the program MS Ball. :eyes: who cares about womens issues, AMWR and the like.

We need numbers pure and simple. That when when the traditional 25% abandon us on any given vote, we still have enough left over to win a few.
