5. Reid couldn't keep 100% of Dems in line -- Frist didn't get 100% either
The Dems were as unified as the Republicans were on this issue. There were simply more Republicans in the Senate.

So far all this guy has done is try to look good while getting his ass handed to him.

And after every defeat it's the same pathetic fucking mantra, "We'll dig in on the battles to come... blah"

On the good side, I'll likely be dead before the real ugly consequences of this tragic ecological policy are felt... Always look on the positive side.
