Myself, I have always considered investing in enslaved peoples to be a bad bet.

I prefer my investments to be in Free People, so Texas is most definitely OUT.

One could make an argument that New England is the center of the remnants of Free America, but I am not so sure ANY of the Imperial Provinces deserve a pass.
