Book recommendations
I just finished reading "Confessions of an Economic Hit Man" (John Perkins) ... it's an essential read for DU'ers ...

the back of the book provides an ad for other books by the publisher, Berrett-Koehler (www.BKconnection.com)

i checked most of the list on Amazon and those i checked got rave reviews ... i'm not sure which book to read next ... i'm leaning towards "Regime Change Begins at Home"

here's the list ... please add any "must reads" you recommend:

Alternatives to Economic Globalization (Cavanaugh and Mander)
Regime Change Begins at Home (Derber)
The Divine Right of Capital (Kelly)
When Corporations Rule the World (Korten)
The Post-Corporate World (Korten)
Gangs of America (Nace)

9. It's still surprisingly relevant.
"Fascism is capitalism in full nudity."

I got mine from Amazon. I couldn't find it anywhere
locally.

2. Benjamin Franklin - An American Life
Written by Walter Isaacson. A very good read and it's great about giving a historic reference to this country and todays events. It helped me put a lot of things in perspective.
I am reading now John Adams biography. Also a good read.
