as a Christian myself I was both sickened and frightened.
I'm glad I'm a member of the true blue Christian-Left.

As a Christian I remember reading about this not long ago (about two/three weeks ago or so) and being so disgusted. Why is there a photo on the screen of Christ on the screen on the Cross? Are they trying to make some sort of comparrison? :scared: These people are sick. And from what I read the church INVITED them! If my church did that I'd be so pissed off.

11. Coincidently I started humming this song when I saw the pics above

I remember seeing the movie "Cabaret" as a kid and I never forgot that scene or that song. All these years later, it just popped back into my head.

Thanks for posting the lyrics, although I gotta admit it's kind of spooky to see that we're all getting the same impression from those church pics.

14. Seeing shit like this makes me think the JW's got it right after all.

Jehova's Witnesses won't pledge allegiance to the flag, because they consider it to be idolatrous worship and placing the flag and/or the country on an equal level with Jehova (God).

Though the people in this church probably wouldn't recognize their actions as idolatry, that's exactly what it has become.

And the picture of the soldier holding a WEAPON in the supposed "house of God" is especially sickening. :puke:
