"peance, freeance" What was he thinking?

What was buush trying to say? Peace, freedom and indpenedence? If so, what kind of brain damage would account for what came out of his mouth?

(I'm talking about his quote from about two years ago.)

3. i don't have the foggiest idea what he was tryin to say in that

blurb - i've listened to it several times tryin to figure it out - it's so bizarre - i think it must have been something like peace and freedom, but it sure was mangled. I've noticed lately his speech is more slurred too - might be the valium or haldol or whateva they have him on to prevent a complete mental breakdown.
