3. Many don't even know how scary Patriot Act I is

I always explain this to people:

With the Patriot Act, your home can now be searched without a search warrant...you can be arrested without knowing what the crime you are charged for is...you will not be able to have access to legal defense...you will be taken away to an undisclosed location without the ability to let your loved ones know where you are...and you can be held indefinitely without knowing what the charge is or without the ability to get legal counsel to defend yourself nor know when you will be released.

Stalin would be proud.

4. Yes, it's ESSENTIAL that we educate the public about the Patriot Act
