request and the Committee on April 7, 2004 voted unanimously, 5 to 0,
"to deny the application for credentials of James Guckert."

One rationale for rejecting Gannon/Guckert, according to a letter the
Committee then wrote to Gannon's boss Eberle:

party, corporation, organization, or agency of the Federal

Americans.com."
