Is this a Talon News joke?
Edited on Sat Feb-12-05 12:04 AM by SHRED
The lies are just so damn blatant now.
Aren't they?

"But the truth is that Talon news is a private company with no ties to the Republican Party."

1. They're really trying to save themselves
That is obvious. :eyes: I guess they don't know all the dirt out there on them and how they are connected to GOPUsa which should be a huge signal. :eyes:

2. It's because they are not emotionally capable to read anything
that disagrees with their narrow little frame.

7. sorry to get WAY off point here but...
i checked out brainshrub.com<http://www.brainshrub.com/>
and quote this:
U.S. Scientists Say They Are Told to Alter Findings
"More than 200 scientists employed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service say they have been directed to alter official findings to lessen protections for plants and animals, a survey released Wednesday says." (Brainshrub's note: I often wonder where Republicans think they are going to live after the earth's ecosystem has been destroyed.) Read counterpoint site here.

which led me to the COUNTERPOINT (in red) and a ridiculous essay by mike crichton <http://www.perc.org/publications/articles/Crichtonspeech.php> who states that environmentalists are akin to religious fundamentalists in a speech published on a website that proposes they will be 'improving environmental quality through markets.' without getting into any of mike's politics, i mean, scienciousness, just as he refused to do-
"I can, with a lot of time, give you the factual basis for these views, and I can cite the appropriate journal articles not in whacko magazines, but in the most prestigeous science journals, such as Science and Nature. But such references probably won't impact more than a handful of you, because the beliefs of a religion are not dependant on facts, but rather are matters of faith. Unshakeable belief." so without getting into any facts and sticking to our guts and tastes, i ask you all-

who is the worst american writer?
crichton, grisham, clancy or me?

4. Hypocrites, just like Guckert
“Brock and his allies eventually got Gannon’s scalp because of the sex charges,” said Kincaid. “These had nothing to do with his work for Talon News and reporting from the White House, and Eberle never conducted an investigation of Gannon’s financial or personal business before hiring him. Despite what has been implied, he rarely wrote about anything related to homosexual issues.”

Who said he wrote about homosexual issues? Guess they are the only ones allowed to pry into someone's private life. As usual, the Repub fog machine is at work. Distraction...they can't argue the facts, so it's all they have left. The Idiot Son has taught them well by his example.
