I'm wondering if anyone has thought of this possibility. Could Iraq really have enough WMDs for * to justify the war....but that * is really hiding the evidence from us until later on in the election. An Edwards supporter said that Nixon used the advantage of incumbency to promise an end to Vietnam, which helped him in his victory over McGovern.

1. I've been wondering if the BFEE hasn't set a trap.

By not mentioning in Laden at all last night, were dems set up to react today on the news shows? They all complained, "What about bin Laden? Just because Saddam was captured doesn't mean that we don't have bin Laden to worry about."

Well, what if bin L is on ice somewhere, and the BFEE marches him out right after we choose a candidate? What will happen to the campaign then?
