What if Clinton's whole impeachment charade was designed to not only make the American public scandal-fatigued but also to eliminate the Special Prosecutors Law. This would allow them to steal the 2000 election, LIHOP 9/11, pass the Patriot Act and generally have free reign to govern as they please with little or no interference.

Now we have Demos in Congress afraid to do the 'oversight' of government and Repubs in power who don't want ANY oversight for fear they will be 'found out'. Corruption ... maybe RICO can be used on our own Congress perhaps ? If not, we have the equivalent of Mexico with one-party rule of the Institutional Revolutionary Party = The Republicans.
