Michael Moore expose - coming up on my local news channel

You can tell it is sweeps month with all of the "special" reports the local news channels are doing. Usually it is something like the garbage company is not separating the re-cycled stuff with the regular trash. That sort of thing.

This week WAVE-TV, channel 3 in Louisville, KY is advertising their expose on Michael Moore. They sent a reporter all the way to Flint, MI to dig up the dirt. The teasers show one lady saying, "He takes your money then cheats you." or "He not a nice man." "He's a fraud and a cheapskate." The people in the documentary had to sign a release for the movie and then they are ticked because he made money.

Now, you have to ask, what does a station in Louisville, KY give a tinker's damn about a documentary maker in Flint, MI? Who the hell knows but it appears it is going to be a real "barn" burner. Not.

Moore has turned his back on Flint. Petty people jealous of someone's success.

The spin machine just never shuts off. Moore is headed next for the pharmaceutical companies and this might be a pre-emptive strike...once again.

Moore is such a polarizing figure that the station is guaranteed a large share of people that loathe him will tune in. It is a relatively cheap segment to produce while they can charge premium ad rates during it's airing.
