The truth about political power and online actvism.
I just listened to a radio rebroadcast of an interview of Robert Caro, LBJ and Robert Moses biographer and writer about politcal power, who said something that I thought was applicable to those of us who've been thinking about using and increasing the newfound power of the rank and file, online community as the dems reorganize.

A paraphrase: Since the beginning of time, exactly one half of political power comes from the ability to help people get what they want. The other half comes from the willingness to take away that which has been given.

Just thought I'd throw that out there.
