Who exactly votes for DNC chair? And when does it happen?
Let's get this thing over with so our party can move foward.

1. DNC delegates vote for the chair
Delegates to the DNC are selected in may different ways: in some states, they are appointed by the party officers; in others (like my state of MN), they are directly elected by the state party's convention.

2. Each state has a party chair
who also has a vote for DNC chair. I believe the party chair of my state intends to vote for Dean.
