Is there any doubt left that all of cable news and pretty much all the major corporate media conglomerates have entered into a "quid pro quo" with ShrubCo. Just take for example the differences in coverage between the Charles Graner trial and the Scott Petersen trial. That comparison is only one of THOUSANDS of examples of big news media's complete corruption. The level of unreality and transparent willingness to deceive, lie and distort by the vast majority of media outlets in regard to this Administration has reached an unprecedented level of totality. The Rove led assault on Democracy has at it's disposal decades of "psyop" research as well as the expertise of Madison Avenue to craft messages and make sure they are the dominant news story of the day. Right wing fanatics, big media and sophisticated marketing techniques have all combined to produce a "perfect storm" of propaganda that will only be broken by focused opposition and potentially by the "buy blue" philosophy of publicizing and then punishing corporations financially for their participation in the destruction of our Democracy.

We need an "act up" type of campaign aimed at not only big media establishments, but at the individual producers and personalities that are involved in shoveling ShrubCo.'s dung onto all of us on a daily basis.
