Ukraine: 4.8 Million Voters blocked from voting

I believe it is possible there could be some merit to this accusation. Relatives who live there said many of their friends could not vote this round and they said entire streets were refused (a street of apartments can hold 5 or 10,000 people as Ukrainain apartment complexes are dense).

Yanukovich is asking that this be investigated but not getting any assistance.

My questions:

+Does anyone know *where* the observers setup shop?
Ukraine is a large country, if they concentrate near Kiev hijinx could still occur in many other places

+Does anyone know the name of the Canadian observers.(the other observers seem to have some history of bias). I am curious what they think of the irregularities.
