OK, Dean folk, it's a brand new day and NH awaits us!
We took one on the chin last night, and no amount of crying in our beer is going to change that. We have an election to win in NH, a nomination to secure and there IS good news: we have the resources to do so, if we only have the will to use them.

I intend to redouble my efforts to WIN this thing, and I urge you to do the same. We have plenty of money in the bank, an amazing organization and TONS of folks just like us who believe we CAN take back our government from * and his evil cabal!

Let's get on with it!

7. The fact that Dean won the D.C. primary should not be poo-hooed
D.C. didn't count for anything but it did prove that Dean can win in a majority Black city. Think California, New York and Illinois and Michigan. They are a lot more like D.C. than Iowa is, and have a lot more delegates.

18. Dean won a majority black city but he didn't win a majority of black votes
In fact, he lost anywhere from 2/3 to 3/4 of the black vote to Sharpton and Moseley Braun. And that happened even though he was the only arguably viable candidate in the race.

The DC election was not a good showing for Dean. Notice even HE isn't bragging about it?

9. Anyone who comes away...
From the political sausage making process in Iowa, thinking that this thing is wrapped up, fait accompli, better stop sniffing glue for breakfast.

There is much ahead and things will change.

16. Now THAT's more like it!
I was so dishearted to read the posts of some of the Dean supporters. It seemed they were nearly giving up. IT'S ONLY IOWA!!! Hell, Clinton took 3rd in Iowa, and we know where that number got him, don't we?

Look, there's bad blood between the Dean and the Clark folk here, and I for one am BEGGING for it to stop. I may be one voice, but I'm one voice you can count on for continued support.

The Dean camp has been accused of some things I won't even give credit to by citing... but they are tough, strong, positive, and passionate! This is the Dean camp I've come to know and love.

It's a new day, a new state, and I for one am looking for some people to be VERY surprised when the votes are in.

Keep up the hard work, and keep those chins firmly in place, y'all!
