I also haven't seen any threads where Dean supporters have attacked an ridiculed anyone who doesn't fit into their concepts. The only thing I've seen is that Dean is considering running for DNC chair and that other Democrats oppose this. That Dean supporters would be upset and comment on this would only be natural, it seems to me.

I see five candidate groups pretty prevalent here at DU:
- Dean
- Clark
- Clinton
- Kucinitizens
- Warner
(those are in no particular order)

And then, there's the group of people who are overly-concerned with BBV/2004/Kerry (and rightfully so, imo).

That's the summation of my perception of DU, as far as 2008 is concerned. Your mileage may vary.

Like it or not, we had the best candidate: John Kerry. I was for Wesley Clark from the beginning, & how I love him, but in the end, I knew he wasn't politically experienced to have been able to overcome the lie machine of attacks.

I love something about every single Democratic candidate (one exception: Joe Lieberman) & have NOTHING bad to say about them. I appreciate something about each of them, particularly Howard Dean. His grassroots campaign did more for the Democratic Party than anything I could imagine -- Dean was the shot in the arm for this party.

Can't everyone appreciate each of the candidates & leave it at that? The competition is over between them.
