I know at first it sounds insane with Bush in the White House. But here is the twist.

THEN, make it retroactive.

Clinton vs Bush!! BRING IT ON!!

Once and for all, we will see who wins. You know Clinton would smoke him!

1. Maybe they should also repeal the ammendment that says
must be American born.

Didn't Clinton hint at the idea of repealing the 22nd?

Keep in mind that the original was never applied to any president until after it was passed and ratified by the states. That's probably how it would work again. So no third terms for either Bush or Clinton, I think.
