Cut EVERYBODY's income tax to 10%.. Slash funding to states accordingly.

Stand back as states are forced to raise regressive taxes on working people as the super-rich roll around on mattresses stuffed with $100 bills and our gov't goes bankrupt.

It is a pet goal for most of the RW greedheads I know.
