Just kidding. You're not jerks, and I don't care what you eat. I've really enjoyed the friends and cohorts I've made on this forum. You really are great, and we worked our asses off for this one.

We lost. I'm not saying we lost fair and square, but I am saying that I need to get off the boat for awhile.

From the amount of responses many of my posts got, I doubt there is a huge contingent of posters who will cry about it, but I am going to take my leave for awhile. I'm taking a break from politics. I will leave DU on my "favorites" list, in case I want to read the occassional Top 10 Conservative Idiot list, but I doubt I will contribute much to the site's traffic for awhile.

Keep it cool, people. I really have a soft spot for the lot of you, and you will certainly see me here again someday, but not anytime soon.
