Plame grand jury & the Electoral College

Cheney has been interviewed by the Plame probe, he has hired outside private counsel, and others linked to his office have been questioned. Other than boilerplate "we want to get to the bottom of this" tripe, he has offered no real exculpatory info about his involvement.

Suppose he were indicted before the EC meets in early December.
