To every veteran who gets his medical insurance slashed To every soldier who has his pay and benefits decreased To every worker who loses a job to outsourcing To every SUV driver who complains about the price of gas To every senior who has to choose between food and medicine And even to anyone who lost a loved one on 9/11 or loses a loved one in Iraq
I will ask you one question - "For whom did you vote?" If you answer, "Bush," the next thing I'll say is, "In his first four years, Bush and his congressional cronies cut benefits to our soldiers and veterans to help pay for tax cuts. They have created and encouraged the use of loopholes for businesses to set up their corporate headquarters overseas and to ship jobs there as well. Their policies and war on Iraq have driven up the price of gas. Their plan for Medicare is a gift to the big medicine companies. They ignored intelligence concerning an attack on America then sat idly by during the attack. They then lied to us about Iraq, Al-Qaida, and weapons of mass destruction, and Bin Laden continues to taunt Americans on our television sets. You get no sympathy from me. Your problems are your own fault. You're to blame."
