No one can say for certainty that all legitimate votes were counted.
The problem of voter disenfranchisement, especially supression of the minority vote, proved to be worse than ever. And character assasin seems to be the occupation of choice. I'd say the first job facing patriots of all political parties and persuasions is reformation of the electoral system. We need to nationalize the electoral system and process.

Case in point, Florida was even a BIGGER election joke than before. Nothing was fixed as promised.
