I don't dispute that fraud is possible, I just want proof.

Show me which counties had diebold machines in Florida and Ohio, then show me where the fraud took place.

I'll tell you what, I saw a reporter in Miami/Dade yesterday and there were NO LINES. He said they expected long lines all day, and while the camera was on, there were TWO people at the polls. I knew then that we were in trouble in Florida.

Granted we had great turn out in other counties, but the problem is Bush did too.

1. Actually "prove it" is the whole problem with black box voting.
There is no proof of the legitimacy of the ballot count with black box systems.

scenario will do.

8. Republicans don't always vote straight ticket
It's kind of always been that way in this state.

10. that makes sense. we expected Castor to do better than Kerry
I'm even more disappointed in her loss. She had been elected statewide before and had good cross over support from republican women (not to mention that bigots might have sat that race out)

6. I'm with you MzMolly
Maybe I'm just too pragmatic by nature, but I just think we lost this one, I really do. We only won Miami-Dade county be just over 50%, and we were just beaten to the polls by those who are pro-Bush. Remember that, PRO-BUSH, as in truly believing in him and supporting him.

7. I can't prove anything...
...but I'm just asking this question, and it's the 3rd time I've asked it: if 120 million people cast votes yesterday, but only 113 million votes were tallied for the presidential race, WHERE ARE THE OTHER 7 MILLION VOTES? Does anyone seriously believe that 7 million voters nationwide decided to skip the presidential choice, and stood in line for 4-5-6 hours in the rain or heat just to vote in the Senate or congressional races? Where are the missing 7 million votes?

http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/news/archi...

First we need to get hard numbers on that 120 million voters. How do they know there were really 120 million voters? The voter registers? Okay... then that's a start - the numbers must add up in some way... there must be a way to add it up and make the tallies match the presidential / senate / congressional races. Problem is, we have no legal stance or political entity / representative to do it for us. It would have to be a totally lonely cause based only on info the average person could get their hands on. But I want to know. I want to know WHERE MY VOTE WENT. In fact, I have a right to know.

That's all. I have a right to know that.

9. No one needs to prove anything to ME
They need to prove it to people like my brother, who is emblematic of the millions of complacent people in this country who are pissed off at the partisanship and can't understand why people like ME are so enraged. THEY WON'T FUCKING SEE IT!
