5. I am sorry but I disagree.

This is not a candidate nor strategy problem. This is all about e-voting fraud. The election paradigm changed in 2000. Up until then, exit poll matched with real result within normal margin of error. 2000 was stolen by Florida fix. That's why Republican came up with much better idea, introducing e-voting machine without any paper trail.

Don't forget that.
