2. And in the end, the world ended not with an explosion but
with a whimper.

Did I paraphrase that correctly, cause it is how I feel.

10. I suppose you are right
It is easy to say "Stand and fight." The problem here is that there is not much to believe in anymore. Our nation has been totally corrupted. I do think that unprecedented erosion to our democracy is now in our future.

5. bullshit, quit blaming kerry
enough with the bush lies and theft and pigishness, and then blaming the dems

this is no longer about kerry. this is about the people that voted bush and this is about bush and the media and this is about all that stole the election

how easily we let them off the hook to blame kerry, or edwards or the dem. screw that

put the blame where it is.

12. I agree.
rather than put the blame where it fully rests, on that slim majority who voted for the monster, we are eating our own.

and for all of us to the left of center this is our fundamental flaw.

they wanna see us implode, and you're giving the implosion to them.

20. Exactly - this isn't Kerry's fault
We lost because of the "hate" issues, gay marriage and abortion. There is little any of our Dem candidates could have done to negate the hate.

18. Sad to say, this is the only thing Kerry could do...
...the votes just aren't there.

They might've been cast, but they're not there now.

19. The votes for Kerry were cast...
they've just disappeared into a black box. Or weren't allowed to be cast. We can't let this happen anymore. It's time to redirect our energy to get this Rethuglican corruption out of our elections!
