W can do whatever he wants to whoever he wants whenever he wants and there is nothing that can be done about it. It's all 'legal' and if it isn't - no one will do anything about it anyway.

5. I've made a decision

From this day forward, I'm officially one of those apathetic, disinterested Americans. Shutting down emotionally is so much easier than having to deal with 4 more years of Bushco.

Maybe in another 3 years (if the Apocalypse doesn't arrive), I'll think about getting interested and involved in defeating the current regime.
