10. Thank heaven for those who did. I commend them. But the fact is...
the same percentage came out to vote in 2004 that did in 2000. Springsteen's and the Dem. Party's GOTV apparently didn't get us one additional vote. Think about it. Not one additional youth vote.

Never again will I pay attention to anything involving the youth vote. Pragmatic. History says not to.

But I DO commend those young people who became active in the political process. I hope they continue.

I and my grad student peers voted.

My little brother and all of his friends voted.

No way. They were there.

WHY would they bother to register and NOT vote. I don't believe that they didn't show. I BELIEVE the exit polls. The media believed the exit polls. The RW talking heads believed the exit polls. The College kids DID vote.
