ok explain how cspan had New Mexico said 103% of precincts reporting?

ok explain how cspan had New Mexico said 103% of precincts reporting?
i just watched it happen for the last two minutes, and suddenly it switched to 98%. with bush now leading by 1%.

Of course, there's plenty of fraud, too. I just don't think that the CSPAN webmaster is its architect.

2. mst have been an error
looks like NM is going Kerry - 25,000 absentee votes to count in Santa Fe with only a 1000 vote lead for Bush. Santa Fe is very liberal.
