America had a chance to restore its honor and dignity tonight
Edited on Wed Nov-03-04 03:58 AM by newsguyatl
but instead proved what so many of us are now beginning to see -- its people, as a whole, are a hateful, selfish and idiotic mass.

nearly 80% percent of its voters say gays shouldn't have equal rights, nearly 4 million say a war criminal should be given four more years at its helm. the rightwing is now completely in control of our lives.

i'm very sad to say, that america, now with blood on its hands, deserves everything that's coming to it by finally electing bush as president.

2. The ball is now in the world's court. They know exactly what we now are.
It took 2 world wars to convince another nation. . .

3. no, it doesn't
but the world will be able to win out against the u-s.

it's going to get lonely at the top, and i suspect we won't be there very long.

look for the e-u to form a very powerful coalition in the coming year(s)... america will continue to go it alone. and will eventually crumble.

4. I think America showed that its election system has been rigged.
What America does about it remains to be seen.

we STILL have at least HALF this country in favor of this war criminal.

we still have a MAJORITY who say gays have no rights.

face it man, this is an idiot nation, and deserves what's coming to it.

6. Wo, Newsguy, get your facts straight, the Bush Administration had a chance
to restore some of its honor and dignity by allowing a fair and legitimate election.

DONT fall for the trap and the easy way out of blaming the victims who are the millions of DEMS who stood in line, the rain and the sun, and busted their butts to vote, to do what is right and what is FAIR.

Don't fall for that trap. You are smarter than that.

When BushCo tells us that 51% of the people support him, I don't believe it.
