11. Exactly right
The stock market tanks under the GOP and is healthy and up under a Democratic administration -- someone has the graphs and data.

19. Yes, even when the air is filled with asbestos and lead and cadmium . . .
. . . even when clouds of toxic carcinogenic shit fill the air of lower Manhattan, we must consider the markets.

We must lie to millions of New Yorkers that their air is safe to breathe. We must ignore the thousands of cases of asbestosis and mesothelioma and lung cancer now incubating in the lungs and cells of those blue staters. After all, we can't do anything to hurt the markets!

There is no corner of hell hot enough for this drooling pathetic BITCH.

All they can do is to try to stop the counting like in FL in 2000. They probably already have Blackwell threatened.

27. With Bushco at the helm, the budget deficit will continue to soar,
and the trade deficit will do the same thing.

Not only has Bush pushed outsourcing, but he's pushed the tax burden to middle and lower income people whose wages and salaries have not kept up with the real inflation in housing, healthcare and education.

To finance the budget deficit, or national debt, Greenspan will have to print more T-bills to sell to the Chinese, Japanese and Eurocrowd. They already have plenty, and if recent auctions are any indication, will probably only buy more if interest rates on the bills and notes go up. That may cause a drop in housing prices, and a big bust of the credit bubble.

Then, Bush foreign policy combined with a weak dollar will push oil suppliers to sell all or a part of their oil in Euros, thus sending the dollar even further down the bathroom plumbing.

So tell me again, Mrs. Greenspan, why a few days of uncertainty to be followed by sensible Kerry economic policies is such a bad idea?
