Only 52% precincts reporting. And Kerry is winning there 63-37 right now. Lucas county has 67% precincts and he is also winning 63-37. We can still get it.

Are all precincts in a county roughly the same size? If not, 71% of precincts reporting means nothing. One big precinct could swamp them.
