The percentage precincts reporting does NOT equal...

The percentage precincts reporting does NOT equal...
the % of the county population that has voted. If CNN is reporting that 50% of precincts have reported in Broward, then that does NOT mean 50% of the votes in Broward county have been counted.

The last precincts reporting will probably have the highest number of voters because it takes that precinct longer to count all the votes.
