Being a bummer and expressing concern are two different things.
It's OKAY to ask questions and express concern. Not okay to be a total bummer for everyone else (esp. now, when it's just beginning, for pete's sake).

Concern: I'm concerned we're so far behind in Florida. Which counties are the Dem. ones? Have they reported yet? (this is OKAY! Don't scream at a poster for this)

Bummer: Oh, no! We're gonna lose Florida! That means we've lost the election! Oh, no! Four more years of *! (this is a no-no; don't do it!)

1. It's like yelling at the screen in a movie theater
Just chill and see how it ends.

Yelling in the middle of the movie doesn't do anyone any good.
