Which precincts haven't been counted yet and what percentage of the counting have they done statewide?

1. Last time I saw it was only 6 percent of precincts reporting.

9. ohio counting
ohio rurals will be counted first. it's widely reported on the local news in cleveland that even some of the local precincts were still open because of long lines.

cuyahoga county should go huge kerry, and i'm hoping the other urban counties do as well.
