OMG Do you see the size of the crowd
at the rally in Ohio tonight? Looks like half the state is there.

4. Yep a whole stadium-full and then some!
I would not be surprised if still more are packing the streets beyond the park. Hard to tell though.

7. started taping during "Thunder Road"
acoustic tribute to Kristen Breitweiser

Springsteen's apparently adlibbed paean to the need for change after that was inspiring to say the least

make sure you catch it on CSPAN site, or rerun

especially if we WIN!

otherwise, I won't be able to stand it

12. Kerry's crowds are growing--Shrubby's are shrinking. Tomorrow,
Edited on Mon Nov-01-04 10:25 PM by Thegonagle
shrub will be a crowd of one.

BTW, I don't know if anybody heard, but last weekend, shrub drew about 20,000 to downtown Minneapolis. By contrast, Kerry had an estimated 30-35,000 show up, also in downtown Minneapolis, and that was 2 1/2 weeks ago.

17. Way to Bring It Home, Kerry!
I have been really impressed with JK's speaking style. He has really come around with his rhetoric, and he really knows how to get a crowd pumped.

Can't wait till he makes his victory speech! Counting the hours (OK, maybe the days).

GO KERRY-EDWARD!

RUN CHIMPY BACK TO CRAWFORD!

...if trying to park downtown weren't such a nightmare. Not only that, but it was supposed to rain heavily tonight (and tomorrow too) and it didn't - that's why I didn't go, though I dearly wanted to - I thought I'd be standing in non-stop pouring rain for 5 hours in 40 degree weather. DAMN. I'm sorry I didn't go.
