4. The fact that people want to depress the vote ought to motivate others
to get out there and vote!!! I can't believe that we are back to the days of Jim Crowe some are working hard to keep minorities from voting.

6. Did they take it to the Supreme Court?
I thought they were appealing it to the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. I would think that would make more sense than the OSC but what do I know I'm all the way in Connecticut.

8. Is this really a relevant issue?
If it were, I would expect this to show up on the internet(s) immediately. Nothing so far

The ruling only applys if the 6th circuit overturns the federal ruling by tommorow.

11. Exactly.
Only the full 6th Circuit or the Supreme Court can reverse this ruling. A state court decision is meaningless -- which means it didn't happen.

13. Supreme Court ruling
I read it in a online paper that the supreme court in Ohio ruled today that IF the 6th circuit overturns the fed ruling then they can put ONLY one poll watcher per precinct.
